Cupping Therapy
This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. This modality allows for blood to recirculate through the area of tension. That process helps the muscles receive the oxygen and blood flow they desperately need to relax the muscle and reduce inflammation caused by tension.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage is an excellent method to relax muscles using heat paired with traditional massage. After a single session, you’ll start to feel the changes to your body and energy levels. Contact me to find out more.

Additional therapies include:
Bowen - A light pressure Australian technique utilized to reset the sympathetic nervous system.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage - A light pressure technique utilized in cases of edema/swelling, can be utilized after surgeries and for all around wellness.

QiGong - A martial arts based breathing technique that improves circulation and cardio.
​
Prenatal and Postpartum Massage - A side lying massage for pregnant women and those who have just given birth. Aiding in comfort while the body goes through changes to allow the baby to grow.

Swedish Massage - Your typical relaxation based massage.
Deep Tissue - Working deeper muscles to allow for full muscle tension release.

Cancelation Policy
Due to the number of recent no shows a deposit will be required to schedule your appointment.
A link will be sent to the number provided for a deposit. This deposit is in case of no show or same day cancelation and will be credited toward the end total of your massage.
It is refundable up to 48hrs before your apt. At 24hours you can reschedule and transfer the credit to that new apt but it is no longer refundable. Same day cancelations and no call no shows result in loss of that credit to cover part of the same day cancelation or no show fee.
No show fee is 100% of missed service. Same day cancelation is 50% of service (with exception- case by case).
Deposit payment will be needed before appointment is scheduled to secure your appointment time.

I’ve been a Premier Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015. I’m dual licensed in the state of Illinois and Tennessee. I specialize in Chronic Pain Management with many years experience and certifications in Cupping Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique), Bowen, QiGong, Prenatal/Postpartum and the traditional Deep tissue and Swedish styles of massage.
